For Wed/Thurs, please read to pg. 89 in The Road. *Even though I will be away on the overnighter, be prepared to go over review questions with the TAs.* For my hardback readers, you will read up to this point:
Happy Reading! ---Stoll Mon/Tues (8/28,8/29): Enter the Da Vincipocalypse: For our first class of the week, we will start by answering some questions about the first section of The Road (pg. 1-55).
If you were absent, please see a classmate for notes! After the section 1 Q&A, we will discuss the overview for our first project of the year: the Da Vincipocalypse. Students are placed in their groups and then have time to meet for the first time to discuss group roles, responsibilities, and the subject of their apocalyptic scenario.
