Before you come to the meeting:
- Read through the Author Profiles slideshow I've posted below. I had way too much fun designing it (as you may notice) but all of these authors are truly brilliant and inspiring, so I'm sure that you will find inspiration from a few!
- Select THREE authors you would like to read from.
- Read the short piece provided for you below. If there is a short piece that you would like read instead from one of these authors, then please check in with me first.
- Write down three questions you have about the text as you read them. These can be discussion questions, or they can be clarifying questions about things you were unclear on for the text.

During our meeting, we will discuss the author you are most interested in (ie: whom you would like to focus on for your Honors paper.) We will also discuss which critical approach may be the most fitting in terms of exploring this author's work more deeply.
Happy reading! These are some of my favorites so I am SO excited to talk with you about them!
Yours Truly,
