Peer Reviews for our second in-class essay,
ERWC Unit II: "Going For the Look...",
is due before Friday, 3/17
(i.e.: due Thursday, 3/16, at 11:59pm).
Because of TurnItIn.com's peer review standards, you cannot complete this assignment late and you MUST complete it by the time above. If you have any issues, you must let Stoll ASAP, before the due date has passed.
Unfortunately, I could not be with you today - but I will be back next week. Please don't forget to accomplish the following while I am away:
1) Complete Practice Test for Always Running (Before end of class)
2) Read/Annotate the ERWC Article: “Many Kids Called Unfit for Adult Trial…”
3) Read Chapter 7 of Always Running before next class (1/30, 1/31)
This week, we will be transported back to our home city of Los Angeles at a time when crime and punishment were more real than ever; to a time when barriers of language and bars of steel were common means of dividing society. We will sent back in time via the novel Always Running by Luis J. Rodriguez.
Here's what is on the agenda for this week:
This week you will be engaging in your last traditional POLs of your Da Vinci Design career - isn't it exciting! Good luck to all on your debates - Stollis can't wait!
