Wed/Thurs (10/14,10/15): A Raisin in the Sun Act II: During this period we will start by reviewing Golden Lines from Act I, scene 2. Then, we will continue watching/reading Act II, scene 1 of A Raisin in the Sun.

Later, we will do a short lesson on Denotation & Connotation. We will connect these rhetorical devices to our Policy Brief Project, and students will receive the second part of the Policy Brief overview.
